Sami Khedira offered Man Utd contract
German international Sami Khedira has been offered a long-term deal on wages of around £200,000-a-week, The Star reports.
The World Cup winner has been tipped to exit Real Madrid once his current deal expires in the summer.
Schalke has been deemed favourites to land Khedira's signature in recent weeks, but The Star claims that United have jumped the ship and are ready to offer wages of £200,000-a-week to land the player's services during the summer transfer window.
The report adds that Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are monitoring the player's transfer status.
