Arsenal agree Schneiderlin fee?

Arsenal are speculated to have agreed on a deal to sign French midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton this summer.

The talented midfielder was expected to leave the Saints last summer, until manager Ronald Koeman convinced the 25-year-old to stay at St.Mary's for the season.

According to The Star, the former Strasbourg star is unlikely to remain at South Coast beyond the current campaign, with the prospect of Champions League football looking improbable.

It is added that the Gunners are expected to sign Scheiderlin for around £15m during the summer transfer window.

Schneiderlin has scored four goals in 28 games for the Saints this season.
