Chris Ramsey to be named permanent QPR manager

Chris Ramsey looks set to be appointed as Queens Park Rangers' next manager, even if they are relegated to the second tier of English football.

The Hoops have had a dreaded time of late, and currently find themselves seven points way from safety.

Recent reports had suggested that the club would seek a new manager to replace Ramsey in the summer, having seen them earn a solitary win in their last 10 league games.

However, The Mirror claims that the Hoops will stick with Ramsey, and offer him a permanent managerial role, even if the club fail to beat the drop at the end of the season.

QPR are currently 19th in the league standings with 27 points.
