Liverpool consider bid for Javier Pastore

Liverpool will consider signing Paris Saint-Germain's Javier Pastore as a replacement for outbound star Steven Gerrard.

Gerrard will leave the Reds for LA Galaxy, when the season comes to a close.

Widespread reports now reveal that the Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is keen on making a marquee signing in the summer.

Pastore has one year left in his current deal at Les Parisiens, and it is understood that the Reds can land his services for a fee of just £14.5 in the upcoming transfer window.
