Kieran Trippier close to Tottenham Hotspur move
Tottenham Hotspur are winning the race to sign Burnley defender Kieran Tripper, The Telegraph reports.
The 24-year-old was one of the stand-out performers for the Clarets, who were relegated from the Premier League last season.
According to the Telegraph, the former Manchester City graduate is keen on staying in the top flight.
Spurs look the front-runners to sign up the hard-working left-back, given the need for competition to England international Kyle Walker.
Walker played all but five minutes of Burnley's campaign in the Premier League.
