Chelsea target Baba Rahman

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has placed Augsburg defender Abdul Baba Rahman as one of his top transfer targets for the upcoming transfer window.

The Ghanaian international was a key member of the Bundesliga side's setup last season, as they finished fifth in the league standings with 49 points.

According to The Mirror, Blues' scouts have been tracking the 20-year-old in recent months, and believe he come be the real deal in the left-back role for years to come.
