Liverpool plan late bid for Roberto Firmino

Liverpool are weighing up an 11th-hour bid for Manchester United target Roberto Firmino, according to a report.

The Red Devils are expected to seal the signature of Brazilian midfielder Roberto Firmino from Hoffenheim, once he return from the Copa America.

However, The Mirror cites that the Reds may well have a say in the player's future as they plan to make a later attempt to capture his signature.

Liverpool have already agreed deals in principle to sign Danny Ings, James Milner, Adam Bogdan and Joe Gomez.
