Chelsea to wrap up Falcao deal

Chelsea will announce the loan signing of Radamel Falcao from Monaco next week. The Colombian striker will move to Stamford Bridge having completed a season long loan at Manchester United.

Falcao had a difficult time at Man Utd and despite Louis van Gaal's side having the first option on a deal for the striker, the Old Trafford decided against a permanent move. Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho is confident that the Stamford Bridge outfit is the right club for Falcao to resurrect his career in the Premier League and it is understood terms have already been agreed with the West London side. The Blues will announce the transfer next Friday.
