Man Utd open to Angel di Maria sale

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal will show the exit door to star winger Angel di Maria following the arrivals of the likes of Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin to Old Trafford.

The talented Argentine struggled to make an impression in his debut season with the club, and was disappointing for much of the campaign.

Reports in France claim that Van Gaal is ready to bid farewell to the former Real star, with Paris Saint-Germain and a mysterious Premier League side keen on securing his services.

Di Maria joined the Red Devils from Real Madrid for a club-record fee of £59.7m last year.
