Fabian Delph to join Man City

Aston Villa skipper Fabian Delph is understood to have made a second U-turn, and is expected to join Manchester City in the coming days.

The 25-year-old was expected to make his switch to the Etihad last week, until the talented midfielder rejected those claims showing his commitment to the West Midlands outfit.

However, in a fresh twist to the transfer story, Delph has had a change of heart and will join the Citizens during the weekend, having been spotted having a series of medical tests in Wilmslow on Friday.

City are understood to have agreed an £8m fee to sign the England international.
