Manchester City to launch Kevin De Bruyne bid

Manchester City are expected to make a formal offer for Wolfsburg star Kevin De Bruyne.
The Belgian international has been in sensational form since his move from Chelsea in January 2014.
The Citizens have already brought in the likes of Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph this summer, and The Telegraph claims the former Blues star is their next transfer target.
It is added that City director of football Txiki Begiristain had spent the weekend in North London negotiating a deal with the Wolves.
De Bruyne provided 27 assists and scored 16 goals for his club in all competitions last season.
