Palermo interested in Arsenal's Joel Campbell

Italian side Palermo have shown interested in signing Arsenal forward Joel Campbell on a season-long loan deal.

The Costa Rican international has struggled to make his way into the Gunners' first-team, and is expected to leave the North London outfit in the summer.

It is thought that the club manager Giuseppe Iachini is desperate to strengthen the club's attack front following the sale of Paulo Dybala to Juventus.

Italian source Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Palermo are keen on signing up the talented forward on a temporary basis with an obligation for a permanent switch further down the line.
