Baba Rahman agrees Chelsea transfer

Augsburg defender Baba Rahman has reportedly agreed on a summer move to Chelsea, according to his agent.

The 21-year-old has been tipped to make way to Stamford Bridge this summer, as a replacement for Filipe Luis who rejoined Atletico Madrid.

Agent Sascha Empacher has now confirmed that the Ghanaian international will be heading to the Premier League holders having agreed terms over a contract.

He added that the deal would be announced once the clubs involved reach an agreement over a transfer sum.

Rahman has been capped 11 times by Ghana.
