Fiorentina in talks for Liverpool flop

Fiorentina are in crunch talks with Liverpool over a summer deal for Italian striker Fabio Borini, The Mail reports.

The 24-year-old has never settled at the Merseyside outfit since his move from AS Roma in 2012.

According to The Mail, La Viola have began negotiations with the Reds over a £6m deal for the former Chelsea graduate.

Borini's future at Liverpool looks bleak following the arrivals of the likes of Christian Benteke, Roberto Firmino and Danny Ings this summer.
