Arsenal interested in Mario Gotze?

Arsenal are reportedly considering a summer deal for Bayern Munich star Mario Gotze.

The German international has revealed his desire to ply his trade in a new league, in spite of manager Pep Guardiola dismissing the player's chances of leaving the Bavarian outfit.

Reports in Germany claim that Bayern may have a tough time convincing Gotze to remain at the club, with Arsenal readying a club-record bid for the World Cup winner.

Bayern are also thought to be bracing themselves for a mega offer from Manchester United for star forward Thomas Muller.
