West Ham to loan Victor Moses

West Ham United are understood to be on the cusp of sealing a loan deal for Chelsea winger Victor Moses.

The Nigerian international has struggled to cement his place at Chelsea, and has spent the past two seasons on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City respectively.

Recent reports claimed that the talented winger could be heading to West Bromwich Albion on a permanent transfer, with the Hammers yet to make an offer.

However, Sky Sports News confirms that Slaven Bilic's side have jumped the ship to acquire the player's services on a temporary basis for the season.

Moses joined the Premier League champions from Wigan Athletic in 2012.
