Arsenal to offer new deal to Mesut Ozil
Arsenal are reportedly planning to offer a contract extension to German international Mesut Ozil.
The 26-year-old is the Gunners' record buy having joined them from Real Madrid for £42m in the summer of 2013.
Ozil has been a consistent performer for the club over the past year, and The Mirror now claims that Arsene Wenger's side will offer a new long-term deal to the World Cup winner.
Wenger has been eager to tie down the key members of his squad, with Spanish full-back Nacho Monreal having already been offered a new deal.
