Newcastle United want Riviere stay
Newcastle United are reportedly unwilling to allow striker Emmanuel Riviere move on a temporary spell.
The French striker joined the Magpies in 2014 following a successful stint with Monaco in Ligue 1.
However, he failed to adapt to the pace of the game in the Premier League, and this diminished his threat upfront for the Magpies.
The Newcastle Chronicle understands that the 25-year-old will remain at St.James Park, in spite of impending interest from Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Riviere has yet to make a league start for the Tyneside outfit due to a knee injury, but is expected to be fit after the international break in October.
