Chelsea boss desperate to land Paco Alcacer

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho sees Valencia's Paco Alcacer as the ideal player to change the club's fortunes.
The Spain international is known to have snubbed the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool to join Los Che's youth setup many years back.
According to Spanish source Don Balon, Mourinho is eager to add a pacey marksman to his squad when the transfer window reopens in early 2016.
It is added super agent Jorge Mendes could play a vital role in the transfer proceedings as he is close to Los Che.
Alcacer's existing deal at Los Che has a £56m release clause.
