West Ham back in for Danilo D'Ambrosio

West Ham United are set to reignite their pursuit of Inter Milan full-back Danilo D'Ambrosio, sources reveal.

The Hammers had enquired over the player's availability in the summer but they could not get a deal done.

Sport Italia claims that Slaven Bilic's side have not given up on the former Torino man, and are set to revive their interest in the winter transfer window.

The 27-year-old has struggled for sufficient game-time this season with Nerazzurri boss Roberto Mancini favouring Davide Santon for the left-back role.

D'Ambrosio has made just two league appearances for Inter this term.
