Fenerbahce ready Juan Mata bid

Turkish giants Fenerbahce are reportedly keen on signing up Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata. The Spain international joined the Red Devils from Chelsea in 2014.

Mata has since then played a regular role in the club's setup, scoring 24 times in 89 outings.

However, the 27-year-old could make an Old Trafford exit this summer, should Jose Mourinho takeover the managerial reigns from Louis van Gaal, Spanish source AS claims.

It is added that Fener are willing to offer a bumper contract to the player, if he is to lose his place at the Mancunian giants.

Mata fell out-of-favour under Mourinho while at Chelsea, and was subsequently offloaded to United.
