Florian Thauvin attracts Inter interest
Newcastle United midfielder Florian Thauvin is regarded as a top target for Inter Milan ahead of the summer transfer window. The 23-year-old is currently plying his trade on loan at Marseille.
Thauvin opted to join the Magpies from Marseille last summer despite impending interest from the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea.
However, he failed to adapt to the club's style of play, and was eventually shipped back to his former club on a temporary deal for the season.
ChronicleLive suggests that the player has caught the radar of the Nerazzurri, whose manager Roberto Mancini is eager to strengthen his midfield options ahead of their return to European football.
Thauvin has netted two goals for Les Phoceens, who have had a dismal season in Ligue 1 this season.
