PSG join race for N'Golo Kante

PSG are said to be keen on signing Leicester City midfielder Kante after the Euro’s this summer after his meteoric rise with the Premier League Champions.

Laurent Blanc is said to be a big fan of the tireless central midfielder and is rumoured to be preparing a bid in an attempt to lure the French international back to his homeland.

The former Caen midfielder was an absolute revelation in his debut season in England and played a vital role in helping Leicester secure an historic first Premier League title.

The Paris born former Boulogne man is said to prefer staying in the Premier League and with the release clause in his contract set at £20million interest from Manchester City and Arsenal is said to be stepping up quickly, while Leicester have also proposed a bumper new deal which would remove this release clause.

Despite Arsenal announcing the big-money signing of the Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka on Wednesday, the London club are still believed to be preparing a bid for the hard-working Frenchman and he part of a brand new centre midfield pairing for next season with Arteta and Flamini leaving the club.
