Chelsea plan bid for Ivan Perisic

Chelsea have set their sights on making a move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic. The Croatian international had a good season with the Nerazzurri following his switch from Wolfsburg last summer.

Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport understands that the Blues are looking into a deal for the forward-minded player with manager Antonio Conte eager to freshen up the attack ahead of potential title challenge next season.

Conte is expected to offload the likes of Oscar and Nemanja Matic over the summer following their failure to make amends during the back end of the previous campaign.

Perisic, 27, netted seven goals and five assists in Serie A as Inter finished fourth, 13 points off the Champions League places.
