QPR's Sandro off to Sporting Lisbon?
Queens Park Rangers midfielder Sandro could end his six-year stay in England amid strong interest from Sporting Lisbon. The 27-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan with West Bromwich Albion.
Sky Sports News says the tough tackler is in discussions with Primeira Liga side Sporting, and a move to Estadio Jose Alvalade looks a real possibility in the summer transfer window.
The contact has come about after Tony Pulis' Baggies showed no interest in pursuing a permanent deal for the Brazil international.
Sandro, who has earned 17 caps with his national side, joined the R's from Tottenham Hotspur in 2014.
