Liverpool in for Edinson Cavani?
Liverpool are reportedly planning a move for Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani. The Uruguayan international is said to be considering his future at Parc des Princes despite the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Cavani, 29, has had to contend with a wider role in recent seasons with Ibrahimovic being preferred for the centre-forward position.
Tuttomercato says the player has not been impressed with the way he has been treated at the French capital, and will look to pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere.
The Reds are the latest side to be linked with the player's services, but Atletico Madrid remain the preferred destination for the former Napoli man.
Cavani netted 25 goals in 52 outings for Les Parisiens last term.
