Chelsea issued hands-off warning on Dimitri Payet

West Ham United have told Chelsea to forget about the signing of French playmaker Dimitri Payet. The 29-year-old had been recently linked with the Blues following his impressive debut season in the top flight.
Payet, who was shortlisted for the PFA Player of the Year, has caught the eye of many a top clubs in Europe after his stunning winner for France against Romania in the Euro 2016 opener.
Recent speculation suggested the Blues could come up with a record £60m bid for the attacker, but according to The Mirror, the Hammers have refused to place a price tag on their asset thereby ruling out his sale in the upcoming transfer window.
The former Marseille man notched 12 goals and 14 assists for Slaven Bilic's side last term.
