Chelsea yet to give up on Antonio Rudiger

Chelsea are still in the hunt to sign Roma centre-back Antonio Rudiger, Italian source Repubblica claims. The 23-year-old received a blow to his future ambitions after he tore his anterior cruciate ligament in training with Germany last week.

Rudiger has been a name strongly linked with a move to Stamford Bridge after his representatives held talks with the Blues' hierarchy over a proposed transfer.

A report from Repubblica says Blues boss Antonio Conte has not given on the young defender despite him being sidelined for at least four months through injury.
