Ryan Giggs to quit Manchester United
Welsh coach Ryan Giggs will leave Manchester United after it has been revealed the club legend is not wanted by new manager Jose Mourinho as his assistant. Mourinho will bring in his own backroom staff.
Giggs, who has spent his entire career at Man Utd and made the transition from player to coach, is rumoured to be interested in a place as a coach for the Wales national team after Euro 2016.
If Wales have a successful tournament, Chris Coleman could be pursued by numerous Premier League teams and Southampton are already known to be admirers of the manager.
Giggs has two years remaining on his coaching deal at Old Trafford.
