Borussia Dortmund track Romelu Lukaku
Borussia Dortmund want to sign Everton striker Romelu Lukaku as the Bundesliga side look to strengthen their side ahead of the new campaign, with adding attacking options their priority. Lukaku is one of Europe's most coveted strikers in recent months.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona, Paris St Germain and now Dortmund have all been linked with a deal for the Belgian international and have failed to agree a fee with Everton so far.
However, with Dortmund to sell Mkhitaryan for around 55 million euros this week, there are extra funds in the bank and the German side are said to be about to make a bid of around 80 million euros to sign the Belgian international Lukaku.
Everton's newly appointed coach Ronald Koeman is powerless in his efforts to keep hold of Koeman, as the striker had reportedly already told the Toffees that he was considering a move elsewhere at the end of last season.
Dortmund will table an official offer for the Evertonian next week.
