Leicester to sign Ahmed Musa
Premier League holders Leicester City have reached an agreement with CSKA Moscow to sign Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa. The Foxes have been chasing the 23-year-old since the turn of the year.
Claudio Ranieri's side had failed with an £18m approach for Musa in January with CSKA not keen on losing their asset midway through their title winning campaign.
Since then, the East Midlands side have kept tabs on the proceedings, and as per the player's agent, a deal of around £16.6m has been finalised for his client's move to the King Power Stadium.
"Everything has been finalised and Musa will be in England for his medical on Wednesday." Agent Tony Harris told BBC Sport.
Musa, who has previously attracted interest from Southampton and Everton, can feature as a centre-forward or in a wide position.
The Nigerian will the Foxes' record signing beating the £9m sum paid to recruit Andrej Kramaric in 2015.
