"Everything has been finalised and Musa will be in England for his medical on Wednesday." Agent Tony Harris told BBC Sport.
Musa, who has previously attracted interest from Southampton and Everton, can feature as a centre-forward or in a wide position.
The Nigerian will the Foxes' record signing beating the £9m sum paid to recruit Andrej Kramaric in 2015.
