Liverpool have accepted a £15 million bid from Bournemouth for Jordan Ibe, according to reports.

The Liverpool Echo is reporting that The Reds will allow Ibe to join Bournemouth after the south coast club made a £15 million bid for the 20-year-old winger.

Liverpool signed Ibe from Wycombe Wanderers in 2012 and the youngster has had loan spells at Birmingham City and Derby County in the Championship.

The highly rated London-born player struggled to make the breakthrough at Anfield, although last season the England under 21 international made 27 Premier League appearances for the Reds.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is looking to rebuild the squad he inherited from Brendan Rodgers ahead of his first full season in charge at Anfield.

The Reds have been linked with moves for serveral attacking wide players this summer, and it appears that Klopp has deemed Ibe surplus to requirements.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has identified Ibe as the man to add pace and creativity in wide areas after the disappointing signing of Juan Iturbe last season.

The Cherries adapted brilliantly to life in the Premier League last season after promotion from the Championship, finishing in 16th place on 42 points, when many had tipped them to be relegated before the campaign began.

With both Liverpool and Bournemouth having agreed a fee, Ibe will now talk to the Cherries to discuss personal terms.
