West Ham announce Gokhan Tore signing

Besiktas midfielder Gokhan Tore has joined West Ham United on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent deal in the summer of 2017.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic had hinted last month that the club had agreed personal terms with the player, and it was left for Besiktas to settle on a transfer sum.
It now seems the 24-year-old has linked up with the Hammers on a temporary basis with an obligation for a permanent £11.1m switch at the end of 2016/17 campaign.
"I am very happy to be at West Ham. I watched many games that they played last season and saw how passionate the fans are. That made me want to come here and I am looking forward to playing in front of them," Tore told the club's official website.
Tore notched four goals and six assists for Besiktas last term as they went on to lift their first league title in seven years.
The midfielder was previously in the ranks of Chelsea between 2009 and 2011.
