Joel Campbell free to leave Arsenal?

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has told Joel Campbell to find a fresh club over the summer. The Costa Rican came close to joining Palermo last year before the Gunners intervened to cancel the proposed deal.

The 24-year-old followed to have regular playing time at the Emirates with injuries to Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain minimizing the club's attacking depth.

However, with the emergence of young graduate Alex Iwobi, Campbell has fallen out-of-favour and this has urged Wenger to place him in the transfer market this time around.

Spanish source Estadio Deportivo claims that the player will on the move this summer with Valencia and AC Milan being the front-runners to pursue his signature.

The Gunners will command a fee in the region of £8m for their asset.
