Christian Eriksen rejects new Tottenham contract
Denmark and Tottenham attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen has reportedly rejected a new contract offer from Spurs. The talented playmaker is frustrated that he is not earning the same amount of money as other Tottenham players.
Eriksen earns half of striker Harry Kane and has told his agent to renegotiate the terms of his deal at White Hart Lane.
Tottenham have submitted a new offer to the 24-year-old yesterday and that has already been rejected by Eriksen, who is a long term target for Spanish giants Barcelona.
Eriksen has reportedly told Tottenham that they need to agree a package before the start of the new season or the midfielder will explore his other options and consider a move out of the club.
