Paris Saint-Germain to sign Alvaro Morata?

Reported Chelsea and Arsenal target Alvaro Morata has captured the interest of Paris Saint-Germain boss Unai Emery. The 23-year-old recently returned to Real Madrid after they exercised the £25.5m buy-out clause placed in his Juventus sale in 2014.

Los Blancos have so far been reluctant to offload Morata with neither the Gunners nor the Blues coming close to their £64m valuation.

French sources suggest that Les Parisiens could come up with £60m plus offer for the Spaniard with manager Emery looking to bolster his forward ranks ahead of the new campaign.

It is added that Real president Florentino Perez is open to fresh offers for the marksman as they seek to recoup as much as possible from their player.

Paris Saint-Germain were earlier in the running to sign Gonzalo Higuain before Juventus wrapped a phenomenal £75m deal for his services.

Morata netted 11 goals in 52 appearances during his first stint at Real Madrid.
