Thiago Silva heading to Chelsea?
Paris Saint-Germain defender Thiago Silva could be heading to Stamford Bridge this winter after his agent described Chelsea as a 'big club'.
The Brazil international has fallen out with the club's hierarchy after he was denied the chance to represent his nation at the Olympic games in the summer.
Agent Paulo Tonietto has now hinted that his client could be on his way to the Premier League after he snubbed talks over a fresh contract at Les Parisiens.
"Chelsea are a big club, and the English league is the best in the world," he told Sport Witness. "We're not negotiating a new contract, let's see what happens before December."
Silva has been with the French champions since the summer of 2012, but with his existing deal due to expire at the end of the season, he may well decide on his future in January.
The centre-half has appeared in over 160 games for Paris Saint-Germain since linking up from AC Milan four years ago.
