Leicester plot Michael Keane bid
Premier League champions Leicester City are prepared to renew their pursuit in Michael Keane despite the impending interest from Chelsea.
The centre-half was the subject of multiple bids from the Foxes over the summer, but none were close to Burnley's £25m valuation for his services.
According to The Mail, Claudio Ranieri's side will return with a £20m bid for Keane in the New Year with experienced duo Robert Huth and Wes Morgan failing to replicate their performances of last season.
The Englishman has also captured the attention of high-flying Chelsea in recent weeks whilst former club Manchester United are mulling over a possible approach for his signature in the January transfer window.
Keane is in line to earn his debut England cap against Scotland on Friday following a promising start to the campaign with Burnley.
