Chelsea face tough competition for Kondogbia

Chelsea are likely to face competition from a host of Premier League clubs to sign Inter Milan midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia. The France international is disappointed with his present situation at San Siro.

Kondogbia, 23, has struggled to adapt to Italian football over the past year, and this has led to suggestions that he could prefer a fresh challenge in the Premier League.

According to Goal.com, the Blues will not be alone in the chase for the midfielder anchorman with Arsenal, Liverpool among others likely to lodge bids for the Frenchman.

Kondogbia, who is valued at £17m, was previously on the radar of Arsenal in the summer of 2015 before he opted to join the Nerazzurri from AS Monaco. He has earned just five appearances for Inter Milan in all competitions this term.
