Chelsea agree terms with Hakan Calhanoglu?
Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu is deemed to have finalized personal terms with Chelsea ahead of a winter move to Stamford Bridge.
The 22-year-old was the subject of interest from the Blues over the summer, but it is believed that they were reluctant to match Bayer's £25m valuation.
According to Turkish outlet Haberturk, the playmaker has now agreed on terms over a long-term contract with the Blues and the club are confident of negotiating a £17m sum for his signature.
Calhanoglu has struggled to display his best form in the Bundesliga this term, and this has sort of lessened his overall transfer value.
The Turkey international has netted three goals in 12 outings for Bayer Leverkusen this season. He has previously caught the radar of Manchester United, who see him in the same mould as former great David Beckham.
