Liverpool target Moussa Dembele

Liverpool are prepared to lodge a winter bid for Celtic striker Moussa Dembele. The France Under-21 international has already netted 17 goals for the Bhoys this season.

Dembele, 20, joined the Scottish champions on a free transfer from Fulham in the summer despite being linked with a whole host of Premier League clubs.

According to The Mirror, the Reds will seek to lure the forward to the top flight in January with a bid of £20m likely to be made for his signature.

The Merseyside giants would also be willing to offer a £60,000 weekly package which is around four times of what he is said to earn with Brendan Rodgers' side.

League rivals Arsenal and Manchester United are among the others clubs credited with interest for the young marksman.
