Morgan Schneiderlin wanted at Inter

Inter Milan could play spoilsport to Everton's plans of signing Morgan Schneiderlin from Manchester United. The France international has been tipped to leave Old Trafford in the winter transfer window.

Schneiderlin, 26, has fallen out-of-favour under Jose Mourinho this season, having only attained 11 minutes of top flight football.

Everton are known to be discussions over a £24m deal for the midfielder in January, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri could offer a fresh challenge for the talented Frenchman.

Stefano Piolo's side have made an average start to the Serie A campaign, but they remain hopeful of attaining Champions League football with a couple of key signings in the New Year.

Schneiderlin was a big hit during his time at Southampton, and this is something which has kept him on the radar of a host of European clubs.
