West Ham to sell Payet in January

West Ham United are likely to sell Dimitri Payet in the January transfer window after he refused to take the playing field for the club.
The France international is said to want a fresh challenge as a top-table side, and this has urged him to go strike at the East London outfit.
Payet has recently told Slaven Bilic that he would fake an injury on the ground if he is picked to play, and this may have just ended his career at the London Stadium.
According to The London Evening Standard, the Hammers are considering potential offers for their attacker with former side Marseille currently leading the chase for his signature.
Les Phoceens have recently failed with a £19m approach for the player, but they are expected to meet the Hammers' hierarchy to discuss an improved offer this week.
Premier League trio Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea have all been linked with the £36m-rated ace, but none have yet to lodge a formal bid for his services.
