Eden Hazard to Real a huge possibility
Belgian international Eden Hazard could be packing his bags for a fresh challenge, should he lift the Premier League title with Chelsea this term.
The attacker has emerged as an important player for the Blues this campaign after having overcome a dismal 2015-16 season where his side finished 10th in the league standings.
Hazard is on course to lift a second English crown at Stamford Bridge in three seasons, and this could well be his final season in west London.
According to Spanish outlet Diario Gol, the Belgian forward has been identified as a top target for Real Madrid whose president Florentino Perez seeks to bring in a new 'Galactico signing'.
It is added that negotiations have been held between both the Blues and Los Blancos, but it would take a world-record fee for Hazard to move to the Bernabeu this summer.
Hazard, who has netted 10 goals in the top flight this season, is said to sample himself playing in Madrid in the future, and a move to the European champions would be difficult to turn down.
