Fabregas still on Rossoneri radar?

Italian giants AC Milan will return for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas this summer despite the Spaniard ruling out a move away from Stamford Bridge.

The World Cup winner scored a goal and an assist on his 300th Premier League appearances as the Blues sealed a hard-fought 3-1 win over Swansea City last weekend.

Fabregas has been in the news since the start of the campaign with suggestions he could accept a lucrative challenge in China, which he has simply turned down.

The London Evening Standard claims that the Rossoneri still have an eye on their longtime target with the club set for a takeover from a Chinese consortium next month.

The new investment is expected to see a spending spree in the next transfer window as the Italian club seek to return back to their glory days.

Fabregas, who has started just 11 games all season, became the first Spaniard to have reached the 300-appearance mark in the English top flight.
