Euro 2016 winner open to EPL move?
Portugal international Rui Patricio is prepared to end his long-term association with Sporting for a move to the Premier League this summer. Everton, Liverpool and Manchester City have previously been linked with the goalkeeper's signature.
Patricio, 29, has been with the Primeira outfit through thick and thin, but he is now willing to pursue a fresh challenge in England.
According to The Sun, Watford are lining a surprise swoop for the Euro 2016 winner as they seek to find a long-term replacement for Heurelho Gomes.
Gomes, 36, currently has a contract until the summer of 2018, but the Hornets are set to offer his successor a chance to adapt to English football prior to the veteran's exit.
Patricio was awarded the Golden Glove at the Euro 2016 last summer as his heroics in goal helped Portugal to clinch the title - the first major honour in the nation's history.
