Ousmane Dembele on Liverpool radar?
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is readying an ambitious attempt to lure Ousmane Dembele to Anfield in the summer.
The France international has turned out to be a huge hit since arriving at Borussia Dortmund from Rennes last year.
A report from The Mirror suggests that Klopp will seek to raid his former club as he bids to add more firepower to his squad ahead of the 2017/18 season.
Dembele has adapted well on either side of the central striker, and he is being seen as the ideal fit for a side which has lacked attacking depth in recent months.
However, the Merseyside outfit could still face stiff competition from Barcelona, who see the attacker as a long-term successor to Lionel Messi.
Dembele has contributed a goal or assist in every 92 minutes for BVB this season thus making him one of the deadliest youth prospects in European football.
BVB are reluctant to lose any of their key assets during the off-season, and it would take a substantial package in order for Dembele to leave Signal Iduna Park.
