Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo could be packing his bags from the Bernabeu, should the club move in for Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard in the summer.

The Portugal international has been key to Los Blancos' progress in Europe in recent seasons after having lifted two Champions League crowns in the past four years.

Ronaldo, 32, recently inked a long-term deal at the Bernabeu despite suggestions that he could leave the club, and he is now not convinced over the club's pursuit of Hazard, The Express reports.

The four-time Ballon d'Or winner is concerned that Hazard will eventually replace him in the starting lineup and a move for the Belgian could urge him to make away from the La Liga giants.

Gareth Bale is currently said to want Ronaldo's position on the left side of the attack, and the arrival of Hazard could provide added competition to the former Manchester United man, who will be under immense pressure to perform.
