Leicester City leading race to sign Tammy Abraham
Leicester City are reportedly deemed favourites to pursue the services of Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham in the summer.
The England under-21 international has reveled in his loan stint with Bristol City this season after having netted 23 goals in the Championship.
According to The Express, the Foxes are leading the chase to sign the highly-rated striker, who could be loaned out to a Premier League club next season.
Abraham is regarded as one of the most promising talents at Stamford Bridge, and it is understood that he may earn a fresh contract ahead of his temporary exit this summer.
The Foxes have utilised the services of both Jamie Vardy and Islam Slimani up front this season with the latter failing to impress after his club-record switch from Sporting last summer.
Abraham has previously made two appearances for Chelsea in the top flight, but he may have to wait a little longer for his chance with Antonio Conte on the hunt for a world-class striker this summer.
