Alexandre Lacazette admits he will leave Lyon

France international Alexandre Lacazette has publicly stated he could leave Lyon in the summer in order to progress further in his career.
The 25-year-old has been in top form for the Ligue 1 club in recent seasons, and this has captured the attention of a host of English clubs including Arsenal, West Ham United and Liverpool.
However, the Frenchman has placed doubts over a future England move after admitting that he could prefer a switch to Atletico Madrid in the coming transfer window.
"I think it's the right moment. I want to discover something else, to put myself under pressure and to gain a level," he told L'Equipe.
"It is a club that has been in the last rounds of the Champions League for several years. It is a great team, in a new stadium, and it is also a club that makes players progress. And there is Antoine Griezmann."
Lacazette has netted over 20 goals in each of his last four seasons with Les Gones, and he looks set to end his 14-year association following the Nice game this weekend.
The striker has not really got a run with the national side in recent years, and he will be determined to prove Didier Deschamps wrong by stepping up to a bigger league.
